Trapped me into a subscription I was closing out and suddenly got the message that they thanked me for my subscription. Now I can’t get a refund for it because Apple keeps sending me in circles

Misgendered I am male and the app presents exercises for a woman’s voice. I contacted support and they have not changed this essential element of vocal training.
blah this app sucks first of the hz metrics are off its saying im hitting 80hz when i know im not going under 165hz also the gender detector is off bad im using my stomach to talk and not pressing my vocal cords and its saying i am and detecting me as male i wasted 20$ save your money and go with trans voice app its alot better. please dont waste your money on this.
Not clear This is not showing me what notes I am singing and the pitch
Not quite what I was hoping for Goal was to increase pitch range but daily exercises have me doing pronunciation? The actual pitch exercises are just a single note and it just has to be held for a moment. No real challenge, no material way to progress.
Best help I’ve gotten so far Exponentially feminizing my voice noticeably in weeks. If u want ur voice fem’d, get it.
Not free This is not free. The free a re annual and monthly plans
Great Great for beginners. I loved it
Great for vocals and speech practice, despite the paywall! This is a pretty decent app with about 90% of the high-quality tools you would want to use. A lot of features are blocked behind a paywall, which does bother me a bit. However, the essential tools I needed—like pitch correction, reading exercises, and breathing exercises—are all available for free. If you want to improve your pronunciation or stabilize your voice for singing or public speaking, I 100% recommend it. As someone with a speech disability and anxiety, I noticed the app heavily targeted my pronunciation. It bothered me at first, but I quickly realized it was giving me the exact help I needed. Definitely recommend!
Pretty good app I like that it tracks so many aspects of voice but I would like for it to assess volume further. If it could accurately provide average dB during analysis that would make it a 5 star apps. The rating of 1-10 is too subjective.

“So essentially the app is just holding on to old recordings at this point and unusable even though I paid for year subscription.”
“Paid version isn’t worth it, and when reaching out for problems or bugs with the app I never even got a response.”
“It cannot tell the difference between speaking with your chest voice and your head voice — mine was assessed “male” with the same confidence regardless — and…”

“Great app, not enjoying the new update I enjoy the app so much, after the latest update I often wish I could have the option to turn of the little character UI.”
“However, the essential tools I needed—like pitch correction, reading exercises, and breathing exercises—are all available for free.”
“Great App This app is fantastic whether you want to increase your range or get insight into how fast you’re reading and how consistent you sound.”
A drop after an update usually means the update broke something.
