CoachView Slowmo Video Player

Close to greatness for me One feature that I wish was in here is the ability to move my lines, especially when measuring angles. If I’m doing a detailed analysis of biomechanics, it’s hard to nail the line placement without having any adjustment feature. I’ve seen other apps handle this by letting you move the endpoints that make up your angles and lines which lets you get a lot more precise. Overall, great app and super helpful for me. Just wish that one feature was in there.

Coach View Slowmo Video Player Good so far. Have to figure out how to export vids, then I’ll be good.

Almost 5 stars I’m glad I found this app. I upgraded because: 1) It works on my older iPad and iPhone that I cannot update 2) It’s not a subscription model and it’s reasonably priced 3) It has the basic features I needed The tags feature is also a nice touch especially for those with a lot of clips to analyze. I would change it to 5 stars if: 1) The compare mode had an overlay mode where you can compare the two videos on top of each other at various transparencies (a common feature in these coaching apps) 2) The coarse time scrubber had variable sensitivity as you drag your finger up (finer scrubbing as you go up) 3) There was a way to set a looping section of the video, and play the loop only (or ignore it) Not sure if the developer reads these reviews but if so, great work and thank you for making this app available!

Great, basic video analyzer Good price for great video analyses. The option to select play back speed is very easy and useful. The marking tools work, but hard to do any type of overlay or compare against another video. The window size is limited on a large screen I suspect the app is throttling resolution.

Long videos won’t play Can’t get it to play longer videos

This was a great app I use this app for all my soccer trainings and games it helps me find what I need to work on by recording them. I use this now instead of Coaches Eye

Does not work.. Was able to import a single video from my library and even this took forever to transfer. Tried importing the second video and the app just would not recognize the album folder on my phone. Trying to delete the only video I somehow managed to import is impossible. (Delete / confirm / done = video still there) Stop App \ Restart \ try accessing folder \ same result. For $7.00 I managed to waste 4 minutes on my afternoon. Done with messing around, deleting and moving on.

Does not work on iPhone Downloaded this app and uploaded a video of my son swinging a golf club. Could not get it to play or function at all.
