快速登入又有問題 已經超過一個禮拜無法用臉部辨識快速登入了。更新到最新的版本也一樣。請盡快處理。

App無法使用 帳號密碼突然被清除，使用者明明是六碼結果跟我說不足六碼。更新也沒用。完全無法使用。急需轉帳卻無法使用。浪費一整天在登入，APP打開後點登入就轉不停，等多久都沒用。前幾個月富邦更新都沒這種問題。你們更新都不做測試的嗎？

English Please add English support to the app. It's been years and other banks like Mega etc. have full English support. And using the website is not an option.
Keeps crashing 開啟後不停的閃退什麼功能都不能使用

Trash Where is English? Unacceptable for a Bank not to have a multilanguage app. Authentication is a pain too. No faceid? UPDATE: the english desktop website is OK except you must still use some stupid QR code OTP in the stupid app which subsequently says I am not registered for. Fail. Backwards. Bank.
不能用 平常就夠慢了 整天系統維護中 乾脆下架吧
