Very helpful There always so nice I’ve never had to wait long to a video appointment, there very good at getting me what I need and making sure everything is going to the right pharmacy and great with over the counter recommendations.
Total Scam Saw the doctor for severe back pain. She wrote me a referral for PT and said it would come through on the app later. This referral was mistakenly written for the wrong place. No one responded to my calls or messages to resubmit the referral.
Providers and staff are great but AI / Amazon is not I’ve been with one medical since before it was one medical. The doctors and staff are fantastic. And I wish I could separate out this review. What is terrible is the way they have forced a connection to Amazon, the use of AI, not being able to message a provider directly. I did not want my Amazon app connected to my one medical account.
Convenient and easy to use One Medical made it easy to get care when I needed it. The experience was simple and convenient, and I’d use it again.

Skin care issue Traci was fantastic! She was fun and straightforward! She knew her stuff and I really enjoyed talking to her!
Great Medical Care I had a scrape on my hand which got infected and next thing I knew it was throbbing and I was in pain and thought oh my God this can’t get worse that could be very serious. I remember that I had Amazon had a medical app relationship and set it up next thing I know I was talking to a doctor and picking up my antibiotics within an hour time very impressed as well as reaching out for some other issues with a different type of doctor. I got some great feedback and directed to the right person for me. Thanks again.
Excellent It has saved me from making too many phone calls just to try to get doctor’s appointments. Happy so far
