Transfer not going Error on transfer Recent problem File name doesn’t exist error Please fix ASOP
Errors during transfer Used to be good, but now I get an error mid transfer every time. It’ll do like 50 then give me an error (while it sometimes continues). Not sure what to do, website support isn’t helpful.

Rock solid app I used this back in the day and don’t really use it anymore. But I do have family members who do, and it is still rock solid as it was when it first came out.
Loved until it stopped working I loved it and used it all the time. But since the latest version it has stopped working with my windows machine. Android phones work fine but my iphone will no longer transfer photo. All trouble shooting gas not fixed it. Very frustrating
Beware I didn’t know the free version transferred low quality versions of your photos and videos. I always like to see if an app works before I buy it because I have paid for too many that don’t work well and have no support. So I used the free version and just found out that it sabotaged all my photos and videos that I transferred and now I don’t know which ones were downloaded in low resolution and I have to waste a lot of time re-downloading all of them. I will be using a different app for it though.
Excellent app Does everything well. It is very reliable and efficient. Solved a big problem for me the family!
Not working for ios27 Works great for a long time, but now it’s not working and cannot transfer images from phone to laptop like it used to. Paid for a yearly subscription…
App constantly crashing It cannot handle the initial library upload and crashes every few minutes. Who cares about Liquid Glass. Make the app work first and foremost.
