App Suggestion I love the app but I wish we could save our card after we order so we don’t have to continue pulling our card out to order food every time.
Cant order I go to the checkout and i cant fill out any boxes and i have to fill it out to order?
Defaults to a 20% tip on takeout Tipping culture is absolutely nuts in America right now, because of companies like this trying to guilt/trick people into leaving tips for folks who aren’t actually waiting tables.
Non functional app App is non functional. Bad copy of whatever their website runs on and just doesn’t work. It does even prompt any autofill for forms or entries… worst part is I sign in on the website and my sign in works. I try to sign in on the app and it says my password is incorrect
Sucks Won’t let me pay or place a order too many glitches
Just call This app is useless. I just want to order asap. I don’t have time to fill in all the info it’s asking. Just call. It’s so much faster and there is no benefit to using the app.
App doesn’t work Tried for 30 minutes to register on the app and even tried the actual website. Keeps saying there’s an error try again later
App does not work Genuinely made me angry because all I wanna do is eat and the app did not allow me to select a location for my chillis ts pmo
Can’t access my account. App asks me for my phone number that I’ve been using for years on this account, but keeps coming back with “We’re sorry, but there was an issue searching for your account.”.
Not working Well We struggled trying to find what we were trying to order and then when we did get the cart filled it just kept spinning when we went to check out. Restarted the app and lost everything in my cart. So I called them to place the order. App need a lot of help. Had trouble finding bone-in wings and the couldn’t find regular fries at all but I was able to place the order within 5 minutes when calling the restaurant as opposed to the 15 minutes wasted on the app.
