Memories This was the most amazing experience, from the lovely representative Cami T . She stepped me through the whole process, answered all of my questions and made suggestions. Wow- she is top notch for imemories. I received part of my large order 2 days later! It was very emotional for me, watching good quality digitization of my very precious home videos- in my bed from my phone. Highly recommended this company!
Well Done iMemories certainly brings long unviewed videos to life again. Thank you! 😊
Confusing pricing - read all of fine print prior to purchase I was drawn to imemories because of a promotion. I signed up and paid for what I thought was the total cost to digitize a VHS tape. Upon receipt of the tape, I was contacted by imemories indicating that I needed to make payment before they could process my order? Upon calling and speaking to a CSR, I learned that if I wanted a USB of the digitized media, I would have to make not only one, but two separate and additional payments: one for the digitization itself and the next for the actual USB. I still don’t see where all of this information is buried on the website. I imagine it is there somewhere, but certainly not readily apparent, so it seems fairly deceptive to me. The one thing I will commend them for is the helpful representative who refunded my original payment to offset the additional charge to have my VHS tape returned to me (unconverted).
Decision Best decision I ever made! Whole family enjoying our old videos
Great app but missing big piece This app has been amazing for bringing all our family media together spanning generations. Our entire family loves it. Watching old family videos on demand is the next best thing. The big part I would absolutely love to see, is photo descriptions in the app. You can leave descriptions on photos being uploaded or online, but cannot see them in the app. The only way to see photo descriptions is to get to a computer and log into the web portal. That’s stinks. Can we get that feature pushed to the app? Imagine spending a whole day saving descriptions on albums just to find out nobody can see anything you spent the day doing.
All videos I am so thankful to I memories for digitizing my movies. I can go back and see what I was missing. Thank you for every tear you brought while I watched my home movies.
Amazing service I had a great experience with iMemories. The entire process was simple, professional, and easy to navigate. It’s such a great feeling knowing that old family photos and videos that have been sitting around for years can be preserved and enjoyed for generations to come. The quality of the digitization was excellent, and I really appreciated the care that went into handling these precious memories. The communication and customer service were also great throughout the process. I highly recommend iMemories to anyone who has old photos, home movies, VHS tapes, or other memories they want to preserve. It’s absolutely worth it!
Family Great way to allow your grandkids to know the family and keep it going.
The Impact is Immediate! Precious memories go from hidden and buried to SO CONSUMABLE! Digitization is one thing - but iMemories makes it organized, bite sized, and immensely and easily shareable - that’s absolutely the magic of the service. Amazing. Thank you 🙏🏼
Amazing I was up for week worrying they were going to loose my tapes. Couldn't believe it when i got the email that they were online and reafy
