This update introduces a new Sale Previews feature, allowing markets to post upcoming lots of cattle to be sold at auction.
Cattle Market Mobile is an app designed to help cattle producers monitor market data across the United States. This app displays reports produced by the USDA's Agricultural Marketing Service and reports composed by local livestock markets. In addition to market reports, users can also view commodity futures pricing and use other tools, such as a Profit/Loss Calculator, LRP Calculator, and Slide Calculator. SALE PREVIEWS See what's coming to the ring before sale day. Participating livestock markets post their consignments ahead of each sale, with photos, video, head count, weights and other details for each lot. • Browse upcoming lots from participating markets • Save the lots you're watching, no account needed • Contact the market about a lot • Share a lot or a whole sale as a link, picture or PDF • See which lots sold, when the market shares results Market staff can post Sale Previews from their phone, with photos and video of each lot, and report results after the sale. Markets interested in posting can request access in the app.
