Highly inflated tickets This app is a third party that charges rates that are 100 percent above the actual costs. Also, if you try to cancel, it’s not allow so you are stuck with the tickets. I ended up spending an additional $300 over actual costs. Please be learn from my costly mistake.
Scam This app is a scammer platform that resells official train tickets with a massive markup! I bought tickets for a Romanian train here, and they charged me nearly $40 extra on top of the original price. When I tried to cancel the tickets a day before the trip, the app blocked the cancellation and showed a "$0 refund." Only after severe stress and automated system updates did I manage to get a partial refund. Their cancellation policy is hidden and extremely unfair. Do not use this app! In any country you visit, always download the official local transportation app (like CFR Călători for Romania) and buy tickets directly from the actual carrier. You will save a ton of money and avoid huge stress. This app is a trap for tourists!
DO NOT USE!!! Horrible app praying on travelers who are desperate. I tried to cancel my purchase not even ten minutes after payment and they still kept 100$ as a “fee”. A fee for doing what? I couldn’t tell you. Disgusting behavior. I was away for my honeymoon and can’t afford to waste any money but they obviously don’t care. Just look at all of the other one stars they have.
Horrible If unreliable is what you want, this is your app! I purchased ticket a few days before my train departure. They showed “processing” the whole time. I followed up the day of travel because my actual ticket had still not been issued. Customer support said they would look into the issue and then became unresponsive. After a few follow up messages with no response, I missed my train. I requested a refund, and customer service was very responsive. They immediately told me my ticket was never confirmed and I needed to schedule a new train. I wish I knew this before. It caused me to miss my train and have to reschedule my international flight. I will never book with them again, and you shouldn’t either.
Good app I don’t understand if you’re traveling solo why does it always book a seat in a 4 group area! Why should i be facing other travelers on. 5-6 hours journey! Very inconvenient

Times out too fast The app will time out in less than the time it takes to enter your information and make you start over. Frustrating.
COMPLETE SCAM bought Amtrak tickets and they cost $2100 on this app- found out they were $600 to book direct. That is a complete scam Do not use!!!!!!!!
Copy and paste address can be wrong Totally screwed us. Verify the address they say you can copy and paste from.
