not bad but could be more convenient if it could save the hotel you choose at the beginning, reselecting resorts every time the app is opened is tedious Menus PDFs sometimes don’t load when trying to look at dining menus
Needs to up its game The app is not user-friendly. Points do not update and previous stays are not registered. There is no way to reach out to corporate/IT - you need to select a specific hotel, even if issues are not hotel but IT related.
