Update fixes the login issue I’m not okay with the fact that the login wasn’t working until the most recent update but it’s still a good app when it works
Issue Fixed Update: The login issue has been fixed. Thanks. But test the releases in the future. Former Review: Latest update logged me out and I cannot log in. No information from anyone. I still have an account as I can login with a browser but I can’t use that to pay. The old app was way better and I’d go back to it but then they limit how many times we can switch our accounts back and forth. What happens when I need to go to work tomorrow? Typical RTD.
Broken Unable to log in the past 4 days and can’t access my ticket wallet as a result. How does this happen? Unacceptable RTD.
There is nothing more frustrating Than error messages that just say, unable to load ticket options right now, try back later. And no amount of trying back later works. Absolute non starter.
Login problems Can’t log in, had to re-download the old app to login
not functional Now I cannot login after the latest update. I am positive my password is correct. This is so unacceptable. I was about to walk out of the door to catch the bus and now I am dealing with this nonsense. How is this ok?
Realtime tracking? The website claims to do realtime tracking, I can’t find it. Typical RTD garbage, Reason to Drive
Inaccurate Routes When I go into Apple Maps I find routes that save me 30+ minutes compared to what the official app shows. It’s bad enough we have to contend with loud and crowded transit that RTD does nothing about. Don’t also mislead us and waste our time further. There’s no reason a 40 minute car trip should balloon to almost 3 hours each way. Bad enough it’s 2 hours when using an accurate app.
Perfect Update This is the app we’ve all been waiting for! So nice to not have to go to the browser for next ride, the explore option is really nice, and I love the ability to favorite stops, stations, and lines!
Much better app! The new NextRide app is so much better than the previous one. I can do everything from within the app without being sent to a website. My EcoPass also scanned flawlessly without issue
