We review every application and handpick the people we believe we can serve well right now. 2. A vouch from an existing female member moves your application up the queue. 3. Your call with Wave now has a progress bar, so you know how far along the conversation is. How Wavelength works: 1. Talk to Wave and tell her all about yourself. 2. She calls you back with a match she thinks you should hear about. 3. You talk to your match directly on a call arranged by Wave. 4. You see them only after you’ve actually spoken.
