ROOM & SYSTEM LOADS Two units in one house? Set up your systems (one tap for one per floor), assign rooms to each, and see the cooling and heating each system needs, with sensible and latent split out, design airflow, and sensible heat ratio. Enter the installed size and the app tells you what percentage of the estimate it is. Moderate and Pro projects get a room-by-room estimate: each room has its own floor area, exposed wall, glass, and ceiling; heating, cooling, and CFM per room; and a card that explains why the rooms differ from the whole-house figure. Simple projects get a planning split, labeled as one. MINI-SPLIT HEADS Pick mini-splits for one outdoor unit with a head per floor; add or move heads and enter the outdoor unit size. The app sizes each head on a 6k-24k ladder and checks the outdoor unit against the load, heads more than 150% over their rooms, and turndown. Not a product pick: verify the combination against the manufacturer's tables. PRO: WINDOW FACINGS Tap N, E, S, or W on a room and its solar gain follows that exposure. THE PDF A table per system, a head schedule for mini-splits, and heating, cooling, and CFM columns on the room table. Excluded rooms are marked "not counted" and left out of the total. Every export gets its own file name with the revision and time, so copies stop piling up.
