• Dish profiles: Tablo now learns your dishes automatically, so quizzes cover food as well as wine • Add your own notes to any dish or wine for more specific quizzes • Reminders from the Progress tab go straight to that staff member's phone • Notifications now show even while Tablo is open • Cleaner menu and home screens, easier-to-read buttons
Tablo is the pre-shift training app built for restaurants. The best servers aren't born knowing your menu — they're trained. A server who can't describe a dish can't sell it. Tablo closes that gap in minutes. Managers import their menu, generate Smart-powered quizzes in seconds, and track every staff member before the shift starts. Staff complete a quick 3-minute quiz on their phone — no paper tests, no classroom, no wasted time. BUILT FOR THE FLOOR Every question is pulled directly from your actual menu — ingredients, allergens, pairings, upsell opportunities. Not generic food trivia. Real knowledge your servers need tonight. FOR MANAGERS Import your menu — paste text or upload a file Generate Smart-powered quizzes with one tap Track every staff member's scores and progress See who's trained and who still needs to go Get alerted when staff score below 65% Send quiz reminders directly to your team FOR STAFF Complete a 3-minute pre-shift quiz before every shift Get a personalized cheat sheet on what you missed Build streaks and compete on the leaderboard Stay logged in — no password required Consistent training means fewer allergy incidents, more confident upsells, and guests who come back.
