Making my retirement life very difficult Since having this banking system it has become a more and more difficult to do basic banking. Can’t speak to live employees weather at the branch locations or on the phone. It has become a chore just to try to pay my bleeping bills. I always it the end of doing online banking I have a terrible headache Why can’t I just do my banking please and I still can’t find where how to sign out so my account stays open I guess until you decide to log out for me. Also when trying to receive your stupid second code number to pay my Rocket Mortgage I received about 4 text messages in a row didn’t receive a code then had to call in with my issue and NOT speak with a real person but had to leave a message. Customer service at its worst!

QR code passkey to open the app The old app/ system was better. I have had nothing but issues since the system changed. When I finally was able to log in everything was fine. Now all of a sudden I need 2 factor identification/ passkey and it just gives me a QR code on my own phone that doesn’t even work!! So I can’t check my bank account! I can’t get in.

Let down App hasn’t updated in over a week and I am unable to do anything with my accounts as far as checking balances or transferring money.

Garbage How am I suppose to scan a qr code that's on my phone with my phone. Garbage!

External accounts transfer Why aren’t we’re able to transfer money or make a payment to the credit card from external accounts. I rather have the old system.

Horrible not user friendly Not user friendly at all, unable to see pending payments or how to make payments on vehicle loan when previously could pay from outside bank,

Easy to use Wish I could give it more than two thumbs up. So easy to use!!
