Time Warp Scan is the viral blue line face filter: a glowing line sweeps across your camera and freezes everything it passes. Move while it scans to warp your face, stretch your neck or meet your mirror twin. HOW THE TIME WARP SCAN WORKS 1. Pick a direction: the blue line moves top to bottom or left to right 2.
