• Workout share cards get a new look: front and back body figures with the muscles you worked highlighted in gold, plus a dedicated cardio card showing your duration, distance, heart rate and pace. The Home workouts widget shows the same figures. • Coaches can now set macro targets for each day of your plan. Those become your targets for that day, with live progress right on the plan row. • New "+ Log" button in the centre of the tab bar for faster logging. Tabs renamed Self and Review. • Your week-ahead plan report now shows the exact week your coach assigned, anchored to your check-in day. • Tapping a "New Weekly Plan" notification opens that plan directly. • Show/hide password on the sign-in screen. • For coaches: assign a plan to all clients at once, set a fixed check-in day, message every client from one button, and a cleaner client profile. • Smoother onboarding, plus bug fixes and polish.
