Sundae is a camera for iPhone and iPad, made for photos that feel natural. Choose a Vibe, frame your photo, and press the Shutter. Manual controls and RAW editing are there when you want to go further. On supported cameras, Sundae Zero develops a single RAW frame for natural texture. Sundae Fusion uses Apple ProRAW for cleaner detail. Switch up the Vibe Try Kodiak for warmth, Ansel for black and white, or Natural when you want to keep it simple. There are eight Vibes to explore, each with its own color, tone, and character. Play with film texture Add grain and a soft glow around highlights with Film Emulation. Turn it on or off to choose how much texture goes with your Vibe. Save the Negative, edit after the Shutter On RAW-capable cameras, turn on Save Negative to keep the camera source alongside your finished photo. Open it in the Lab to try another Vibe, adjust exposure and color, crop, or change the film treatment. Saving an edit to the existing photo keeps its original RAW intact. Bring your own RAWs Import compatible RAW photos into Apple Photos and open them in Sundae's Lab. Give photos from other cameras the same Vibes and editing controls. RAW compatibility depends on iOS and the source format. For more control Let Sundae handle exposure, or set shutter speed, ISO, and focus yourself. Adaptive Tone helps balance highlight and shadow detail in RAW photos. Make a Photo print Give a favorite photo a paper frame and its Vibe's artwork, ready to share. Photo print widgets bring your photos to your Home Screen, too. Get in the shot Check the framing, choose a Vibe, and press the Shutter from your Apple Watch. Keep Sundae's camera open on your nearby, paired iPhone while you shoot. RAW capture and resolutions depend on your device and lens. Save Negative uses additional storage. Lab editing requires a compatible RAW source; a HEIC or JPEG alone cannot be redeveloped. Save as New creates a developed copy without a RAW companion, so keep the original for later RAW edits. Requires iOS 18 or iPadOS 18 or later. Apple Watch requires watchOS 11 or later and a paired iPhone running Sundae.
