Messages Talk to your team without leaving the app. Team threads and direct messages with your cleaners. Handing back a shift Cleaners can give a shift back, or ask one person to cover it first. Inside 24 hours it needs your approval — they send a reason, and the shift stays theirs until you answer. First dibs Give a property's regular crew a head start before a shift opens to the whole team. You choose how long, from 30 minutes to 12 hours. More than one card Save several cards and choose which one pays for each property. Days off See when your cleaners have marked themselves unavailable. Reminders Automatic nudges for shifts nobody has claimed, 48 and 12 hours before the cleaning. Also: a sharper logo on launch, and a few things that should always have been smoother.
