What's New in v1.8 Thanks for using GroomerPro! Here's what we've improved based on your feedback: Payments You can now issue partial refunds — enter any amount instead of always refunding in full. Managers on your team can now process refunds, not just the account owner. Disputed charges now show up in a red banner in your Payments tab so you always know what needs attention. When you undo a no-show, you'll be asked whether to refund the no-show fee or keep it — your choice. The Pay Link description no longer says "can add a tip" when you've turned tips off. Clients You can now delete a client from the client list (tap the menu in the top right of their profile). Their future appointments are cancelled and their record is removed. Arrival notes can now be added right when you create a new client — no need to go back and edit. Deleting a pet from a client profile now shows a confirmation dialog so you don't lose data by accident. Schedule & Route IQ Clients who were snoozed in the Due for a Groom list now appear in their own section so you can un-snooze them when you're ready. The Van Pre-Flight reminder no longer fires on days you have no appointments scheduled. Fixed: the Route IQ grade badge was opening the paywall even for Pro subscribers — that's fixed. Team Team invites can now be accepted with your email and password or Apple ID, in addition to Google Sign-In. Bug fixes and performance improvements throughout.
