It keeps that work in one place: the turn, the people, the market, and the record. The turn and the team. Start a stay with the property and dates. Prepare the turn with a reusable checklist, coordinate the cleaner or co-host, follow progress and readiness, and keep photos, receipts, costs, notes, and decisions with the stay. Starter task sets for urban, coastal, mountain, suburban, and experiential stays are editable prompts, not safety certification. Your property. Set up once and used by every stay: rooms, permits and policies with their dates, contacts, shutoffs, utilities, the accounts the rental runs on and your listing links. Write house instructions once and print the guest sheet, the turnover sheet and signs. Keep contents, maintenance dates, your team, carrying and per-turn costs and manager statement checks. Hold what you have in writing, a neighbor card, a disruption plan, owner-use dates and a side-by-side manager comparison. Incidents and found items get a dated log with the stay. Your market. Download the stay record, open a printable summary, and export CSV files when you need them. StayTurn organizes your own record. It does not file claims, contact booking platforms, or promise a resolution. Each platform decides its own outcome. How StayTurn runs Local use needs no account. Your stays and files stay on this device until you choose to export or share them. Shared workspaces are optional. They need an internet connection, account sign-in, and verified access, and they synchronize records and encrypted files across devices. Cleaners and contributors who work through a link need no account and no purchase. Calendar import is started by you and never writes back to a booking platform. Partner connections for messaging, insurance quotes, and marketplace payments are not enabled. The app sends no messages and files no claims on your behalf.
