Your life has patterns, this app lets you see them. --------------- Note to Self is a quick daily check-in that slowly builds a picture of you. Say what's going on or type it, score how you're feeling from 1 to 10, and tap an emoji for what happened: a run, a late night, time with friends, a day in the office, nasty headache. It takes less than a minute. Over a few weeks, those notes show you things you can't see day to day. Which days of the week you run low. What time of day you're at your best. Which habits line up with your better days. CHECK IN YOUR WAY - Talk or type. Your voice notes are turned into text for you. - Track Energy and Joy, plus two scales you can rename to whatever matters to you, like anxiety, stress, focus or sleep. - Tag your day with emojis, each with your own meaning: drinking wine, went for a run, time in nature. - Get reminders at the times you choose. SEE YOUR PATTERNS - A calendar with daily rings for energy and joy - Charts for the past week, four weeks or year - Your average by day of the week and time of day - Discoveries: plain-language findings about what tends to go with your good and bad days - Weekly goals for your tags, and a daily streak PRIVATE BY DESIGN - No account, no sign-up. - Your notes are saved on your phone, with optional backup to your own iCloud. - We never see your data. There is no Note to Self server to send it to. - Voice notes are turned into text using Apple's speech recognition. - Export everything whenever you like. Note to Self is a personal journal, not a medical app. It doesn't diagnose, treat or give medical advice. This is phase I of note to self and over the next few months, with your feedback we will be advancing the AI functionality in NTS to find even more insights and correlations.
