Splitting a bill evenly is easy and usually wrong. Someone had the steak, someone had a salad, and one person is quietly paying for both. Splitz reads the receipt instead. SCAN THE RECEIPT Take a photo and Splitz pulls out the items, the tax and the tip. It handles the awkward ones — three steaks on one line become three you can claim separately, a comped appetiser comes off at what it actually cost, and a "3 Spicy Dipper Meal" stays one thing instead of becoming three. EVERYONE CLAIMS THEIR OWN Send the bill to the table. Each person taps what they ordered. Tax and tip are shared proportionally, so the person who ordered more pays more of it — or split them evenly if you'd rather. RUNNING TABS FOR TRIPS AND GROUPS Keep a tab for a weekend away or a house. Add expenses as they happen, see who's up and who's down, and settle at the end with the fewest possible payments — if you owe Matt and Joel owes you, Splitz works out that Joel should just pay Matt. SETTLE UP Save your Venmo and Cash App usernames and payments open with the amount already filled in. Pay part of what you owe and the rest stays on the books. INVITE ANYONE Send a link. They join the tab or the bill, pick their name from the list, and everything already under it becomes theirs. Splitz does not process payments and never touches your money.
