New in 1.1: swipe a card left for Start over or Delete (both ask to confirm), swipe down to close the card sheet (asks to confirm if there are unsaved changes), and an info button at the top with a link to our help page and SAMHSA's helpline. Version 1.1 also follows the iPhone's text size and adds VoiceOver labels.
Clear Days is a simple, cute counter for the things you quit. Add a card for anything you're leaving behind: weed, alcohol, cigs, vaping, sugar, caffeine, doomscrolling, whatever it is for you. Type what you quit and the app handles the rest. Each card shows how many days you've been free, the years, months, and days, and a clock that keeps ticking. WHAT YOU GET • Big, clear day counts that look good enough to screenshot and share • As many cards as you want, each with its own icon and color • Milestone alerts at 1 day, 1 week, 30 days, 100 days, every year, and plenty in between • A little progress line showing your next milestone • Light and dark mode, or let it follow your phone • Works offline PRIVATE BY DESIGN No account, no ads, no tracking. Your cards stay on your phone and nobody else sees them, including me. A NOTE FROM ME I made Clear Days for myself. I was using two different apps to track quitting weed and quitting drinking, and I wanted one place that felt calm and looked like me. When I shared my screenshots, people kept asking where to get it. So here it is. Clear Days is a personal tracker and isn't medical advice. If you're having a hard time, SAMHSA's free, confidential National Helpline is open 24/7 at 1-800-662-4357.
