With Plus, Pain Trends shows how pain changed during an attack, Insights brings entries together over time, and My Diary turns what you recorded into a page-by-page recap. Patterns and factors that appeared alongside attacks are a starting point for reflection, not a claim about what caused a migraine. FIND A MOMENT OF COMFORT Relief offers optional guided massage, other low-stimulation tools, and supportive content for days when light feels like too much. YOUR RECORDS, YOUR CHOICE Your migraine records and notes are stored on your device. Sharing limited app usage data is optional, and that usage data does not include the content of your migraine records or notes. With your permission, Migraine Nest uses HealthKit to read sleep data from Apple Health and add optional context to your migraine records. It does not write to Apple Health. With your location permission and an internet connection, optional WeatherKit context shows current weather conditions and pressure trends during an active tracking session. You can save this context with your record. Tracking, basic History, and Relief are available free. Plus unlocks Pain Trends, Insights, My Diary, history filters, and additional report tools.
