ScopePro: Room Scan & Scope

ScopePro turns an iPhone LiDAR scan into measured rooms, a floor plan and a scope, room by room, on site. [A] Scope water and fire damage, remodels and insurance work without redrawing anything at the office. SCAN EACH ROOM Walk the job and scan room by room with your iPhone's LiDAR. ScopePro lines the rooms up into one floor plan for each floor. [B] See each floor as a 3D dollhouse. MEASUREMENTS YOU CAN USE Floor, wall and ceiling areas for every room, with doors and windows deducted. Floor perimeter and door and window trim in linear feet. Mark a knee or partial wall, enter its height, and the areas follow. Add closets to the room they open into; their areas roll into the room's totals. SCOPE BY ROOM Pick line items from a built-in catalog, search as you type, quantities fill from the room's measurements. Add your own lines for anything else the job needs. PHOTOS WHERE THEY BELONG Take photos in the app, each filed to the room it documents. Spatial photos are pinned to where you took them on the floor plan. ONE PROJECT, ON SITE AND IN THE OFFICE Your scans, photos and scope sync to your ScopePro account. On the web, see each floor as a 2D plan and a 3D dollhouse, and create a PDF scope report. REQUIREMENTS Scanning requires an iPhone with a LiDAR Scanner. A ScopePro account is required to sign in.
