The no-contact tracker that is on your side. Your count starts in under thirty seconds: no account, no questionnaire, nothing between install and your count. The count, the widgets and the Hold on button are free for good. You decided to stop contacting your ex. Holdfast counts the time since the last contact, gives you something to do in the minute you are about to write, and keeps what you write to yourself on your phone. FREE FOR GOOD • Your count since the last contact, ticking by the second, whether or not you open the app. • Milestones from day 1 to five years, and a history of every count. • Lock Screen and Home Screen widgets, so the number sits where your messages are. • Hold on, for the moment of the urge: short practices and your own plan. • Unsent messages, a daily check-in, a private journal and letters to yourself. • Ten lessons and this week's insights. • App lock with Face ID, discreet notifications, crisis lines by country, export and delete. HOLD ON: WHEN YOU ARE ABOUT TO WRITE One tap, and it works offline. • Breathe for one minute. • Read your reasons, in your own words. • Write the message here instead. Nobody receives it. Keep it or let it go. • Wait twenty minutes, and see if you still want to. A COUNT THAT BENDS WITHOUT BREAKING • If you reach out, a new count starts and the days you already won stay in your history, and your total never goes down. • If they contact you and you don't answer, your count holds. • Contact you can't avoid (children, work, paperwork) changes nothing. WHAT YOU WRITE IS YOURS • No account and no analytics. • Your journal, your reasons, your unsent messages and your count stay on your phone. • Nothing you write is ever locked: read it, export it or delete it whether or not you pay. • Discreet notifications say nothing about a breakup: a milestone shows only the day. Widgets can show the number alone. • The one exception is the coach: what you type to it, after you agree, goes to an AI service for the reply; our server keeps none of it. A small heart with mitten hands keeps you company in a home inside an old tree, which fills as you look after yourself. A vine round its window grows with your days of no contact. All free, and nothing is ever taken back. HOLDFAST PLUS • 29 more lessons: the urge to write, what is happening to you, rebuilding your days, and contact you can't cut (children, work, shared friends). • The coach, whenever you need it: talk an urge through in writing, gentle or direct. An AI writes its replies, after you agree to what is sent; you can report a reply or withdraw your agreement at any time. Ten messages are free to try; then it is Plus. • Patterns over time: your mood since the start, a half-year of check-in days, and when you open Hold on most. • Make it yours: more skins and small things for the heart to wear or hold. Trying on is free; what it wears stays if Plus ends. • Photos on your reasons, extra widget looks. Three ways to pay, no weekly plan: • 30 days for $9.99, paid once. • A year for $29.99, with a 7-day free trial; the app tells you two days before it ends, on Today and by notification if you allow them. • Once, for good: $59.99. These are US prices; each store shows its own in the app before anything is charged. The paywall opens only on Plus content, and always closes. The yearly plan renews until you cancel, at least 24 hours before the period ends, in your Apple account settings. The 30-day pass and the lifetime purchase never renew. Written in English, not translated. Also in French, Italian, Spanish, German and Brazilian Portuguese. Holdfast is a comfort and accountability tool. It is not therapy and does not replace a professional. If you are in danger or can't cope, the app lists crisis lines for your country, one tap from the Hold on screen. In an emergency, call your local emergency number. Terms of Use: https://holdfastapp.pages.dev/terms Privacy Policy: https://holdfastapp.pages.dev/privacy
