Minute is a small diary of how you feel. A few times a day it asks: “Got a minute?” — and you rate three things from 1 to 10: • Energy — how much strength you have right now • Body — how your body feels • Mood — how you feel inside Add a short note if you like. It takes less than a minute. SEE THE PATTERNS • Charts for a day, a week, a month or any period • Average and range for each day: the lowest and the highest answer • Calendar: every day coloured by its average • Toughest and best day of the period — one tap to see what happened THOUGHT DIARY When something hooks you, write it down step by step: the situation, the thought, the emotions (with how strong they are) and your reaction. Quick picks for common emotions and reactions, search for the rest. “HOW ARE YOU?” PAUSES Short reminders through the day: drop your shoulders, take three slow breaths, drink some water. Tap — and a calm breathing circle opens. YOUR DATA STAYS WITH YOU • No account, no ads, no analytics • The app doesn't go online at all — everything is stored on your phone • Save all entries to an Excel spreadsheet — to share with your therapist or keep as a backup — and restore from it later You choose how often and when: 3–5 check-ins and up to 30 pauses a day, your hours and your days of the week. Languages: English and Russian. Minute is not a medical app and doesn't replace a doctor or therapist.
