Waste of time Placed an order at 5:30. App estimated 45 mins. App claimed picked up at 6:15, eta 6:30. No big, just 15 mins later. After 1.5 hours I chatted support since nothing arrived. They just kept telling me to wait a few minutes each time. Finally cancelled after 2 hours. I had to scramble to find something else to feed the hangry family. What a waste of time. Never using this app again
Service fee? Dont like service fee.

Slice for pizza Great option for ordering pizza! Super convenient, and if anything goes wrong, they issue an immediate refund. 100% recommend!
Left Pizza In Dog Urine On Sidewalk Theee Hour Wait A few days ago, I waited almost 2 hours for a pizza. Tonight I waited three. The first driver returned my food to the restaurant. After pleading on the phone for half an hour, they agreed to send me another new meal. Not only did they end up sending the three hour old Pizza, but the driver left it in a puddle of dog urine on the sidewalk before even texting that they were here. Slice is ruining the food delivery business. For real.
NOPE Steals your food. Dont do it
Delete the app Nothing but problems and they don’t seem to help
Horrible customer service Works for the pizza shops, not the consumer. Provides zero customer support
Unreliable They’ll cancel at the last minute, including an order I did hours ahead, which they canceled ten minutes before it was scheduled to be delivered, to feed a party. And then offer no support. Don’t use them if you are counting on getting your pizza.
Worst App Worst interface - you can’t even find your account and orders. It’s like a black hole. Awful! And with bunch of fees Never again
