Slow and missing info App is extremely slow to load, and sharing vaccine info for boarding is terrible. Missing influenza vaccine. Fecal testing is incorrect if it was sent to the lab rather than being read in hospital. Easy fixes that have not been addressed after years of problems.
Exceptional Care! The staff at Banfield take such good care of our puppy Arizona and our 11-year-old diabetic cat Peter. Dr. Ross, Dr. Kroll and Dr. Stevens are awesome AND Arizona just loves her Vet Tech Katie! They also provided excellent end of life care for our 17 year old fur baby Phoenix ❤️
Awesome care The care for my two dogs, Daisy, who recently passed away, and Sitka, who is recovering from a long illness, has been awesome. They are so caring for everyone’s beloved pets.

Incapable of doing anything right I shouldn’t have to input the same exact card 15 different times and it still not update. I shouldn’t have to then jump through hoops to pay because Banfield is incapable of making an app that works. I also shouldn’t have to cancel auto-renew 4 times and it still say i’m enrolled in auto-renew. And let’s hope your pet doesn’t die, because banfield doesn’t care and you’ll be paying for a whole years worth of services that you can’t even use because it isn’t transferable and they’re just in it for the money, they never actually cared about your pets. USE A DIFFERENT VET.
Extremely slow to load The app is a GREAT idea, especially for picking up a prescription food for my pets at Petsmart. However, I stood in the aisle at the store for 10+ minutes waiting for the app to load the pet info—crucial to making a purchase (cannot buy without showing your prescription info to the cashier). I tried everything and could never get my pet to come up with prescription info. I’m on the website now a week later, and it’s also very slow, so maybe these issues are connected.
Sub Menus Cut Off Certain parts of the app are cut off. All of the little squares for the drop down menus are cut off on the app. I have to login to the website or call. There is nothing convenient about that
