runs battery out this app would be a lot cooler and more helpful if it did not kill the battery on my watch after 6-8 hours.

Offline bug When I take my watch off to charge it, I get no notifications about the monitor being offline. But when I take off my watch only for a minute, I repeatedly get the notification saying it’s offline and I have to restart the app manually. This keeps going even after I do open the app and restart the monitor. Any way to stop this?
Waste of time Crazy that a life saving app requires such a steep subscription I already feel like my life is an entire subscription I don’t need another one
BS It already sucks having epilepsy. Forced to quit working entirely. Kind of savage to have to pay for this…
Doesn’t work I had a 7.5 minute TC seizure with a a heart rate that exceeded 157 BPM. The watch and phone are new and set up for most sensitive. It caught nothing and alerted no one. My husband was home so HE caught it and intervened. Would not recommend. We checked all settings from phone to watch to the app itself. The 4.5 stars reviews are BS
Does nothing but drain my battery This hasn’t helped me at all.
In this economy?! Great until they made you pay to use it. Paywalls with no back button. That earns one star.
Seizure 2/21/26 My fiancé had a seizure while I was at work. I got the distress alert from this app and tried calling him to make sure it wasn’t a false alarm. Well he didn’t answer his phone so I went into panic mode. My neighbors were able to get into my house and confirmed that my fiancé did have a seizure. I’m very thankful that this app works. Saved my fiancé’s life.
Doesn’t work On my Apple Watch this is so ineffective. Did not go off when having grand mal seizures but does when taking a sweatshirt off or fixing my hair. Idk what the point is when it alerts my family for me stretching. Requested refund.
Disgusted My child used this app for almost a year. Recently, it was changed so it would no longer work with her account until she was 13. So I have no idea how long she has not been monitored. This is beyond unacceptable. They have put her at risk. We use this watch to give her some freedom but now she no longer will have that. On top of her safety which is the biggest concern, I have also had to buy a phone, watch, and the app. Which apparently is all useless now.

“And if you don’t want to pay for the alert feature, the tracking log is amazing and it’s COMPLETELY FREE!!”
“Great app absolutely necessary I love this app.”
“A lot, get your blood moving, more oxygen may cause a fire, but not in your brain.”
“While testing, I put the watch on my own fingers (the band is too small for me to wear as a watch) and simulated my daughter’s seizure movements and sure eno…”
