App is horrible You have to be connected to in home wifi for everything. At least with verizon fios, tou can actually use the app and watch tv everywhere without wifi. Cox/Spectrum needs to update their licensing agreements or get left behind.

Contour out of home It’d be nice if all channels were available out of home. Other than that, I have no complaints. I use it in bed, as I do not have a TV in the bedroom. Great app!!
Unavailable Channels I’m not home several days a week and like to stay connected to my local news. In order to watch my news, I have to use my “home” WiFi. Well I’m not home and cannot view channels. Not everyone has a tv now a days so staying connected is very important to me. Not having the ability to do so several times per week is absolutely frustrating. I know I am not the only person having this issue but I am able to post the issue. Please figure out how to help us with this. The news is very significant! Thank you
Contour TV A lot of choices.
Needs fixed This app is terrible. If I’m watching a TV show and press the lock button on my iPhone, I expect the show to stop playing. Instead, Contour keeps playing the audio in the background as if I’m listening to music or a podcast. Why would I want a TV show continuing to play after I’ve turned my screen off? This is basic functionality that should have been addressed a long time ago. Very frustrating and makes the app feel poorly designed
Constantly error Got access to this via apartment but it's terrible. Always see an error when I look at the guide. Can't use contour in other apps either
Watching remotely Trying to watch remotely and due to licensing or technical difficulties it doesn’t work… preferred dish network
