I contacted the support team multiple times and explained the problem and the software glitch. I was told the issue would be resolved soon—that was about two months ago—yet the problem remains unresolved.
bad app and untrusted, I have used the app they deducted my money and the order is not available in app and I didn't get the drinks, I shared the payment proof and bank confirmed the money transferred to their account but beanz team insist they didn't recive
GPay and Samsung Pay didn't work, I tried several times but same issue.

Downloaded today. Ordered twice, both terrible experiences. Ordered car pickup 20 mins ahead. I checked in, waited 10 mins outside, and nobody showed. When I called, the store said they were "too busy" to bring it out and refused to help, despite having no parking. Support closed my ticket, claiming the store would call for compensation. Hours passed, no call. Opened a second ticket and was told to drive back to collect the coffee I already paid for! No refund, no apology, terrible service.

A drop after an update usually means the update broke something.
