The older sections — surveys, channels, content feeds and journeys — are no longer part of the app. Sign in with the same account you use today; your organisation controls which agents you see. Also new: Keep a separate history for each agent, and rate any answer that misses.

Each agent is set up by your organization and answers from the knowledge it has been given, so what comes back fits how your team actually works.
