Farview finds the ONVIF cameras on your local network and plays their live video in seconds. Automatic discovery, saved cameras and smooth RTSP playback — everything you need to keep an eye on your cameras from your phone. To reach your cameras while you are away, run the free Farview companion relay (Windows, Linux, macOS) on a machine inside the camera network: it forwards the streams, and the app routes off-subnet playback to it by itself. Every camera shows an "On LAN" or "Needs relay" badge, so you always know how it will connect. The relay is free and self-hosted — your machine, your bandwidth, no subscription. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Camera passwords and the relay token are encrypted on the device with a key held in the Android Keystore, and are excluded from cloud backup and device transfer. On the LAN, video goes from the camera straight to your phone. No account, no telemetry, and no video ever leaves your network. FARVIEW PLUS Farview is free for up to 4 cameras. Farview Plus lifts that limit: unlimited saved cameras, every one of them playable. Plus starts with a 7-day free trial, and the trial includes the whole of Plus — nothing is held back for later: • Unlimited saved cameras, all of them playable • Every feature of the free app, unchanged Discovery, RTSP playback, the main-stream/substream choice and the self-hosted companion relay are free for everyone and are not part of the subscription. When the 7 days end the trial becomes a paid auto-renewing subscription, monthly or annual, billed through your Google Play account, unless you cancel before then. Cancel at any time from the Play Store: cancelling stops the next renewal and keeps your access until the period you have paid for ends. Prices appear in your local currency, taxes included where they apply. Your cameras stay yours either way: if a subscription ends nothing is deleted, every camera stays saved and the first four stay playable. Farview also runs on Android TV, linked from this phone by scanning the code the TV shows, and with Plus or Pro on a Wear OS watch, which shows your cameras' latest pictures asked of this phone. Farview works with standard ONVIF Profile S cameras and NVRs.
