Don't bother with this app. After subscribing and signing into the app, it only gives the option to subscribe or buy. The faq says to choose "read" or "download". Those options are not available. If you try to contact them, it limks to your email, but there is no email address to send to. If I could contact someone, I would cancel my subscription. It's a rip off from what used to be a great magazine.
Excellent magazine, with well-considered and well-written articles in a fairly easy to navigate format. I look forward to resubscribing. However, it took me ten months to gain access after I had subscribed, with maybe 20 letters to the publisher and customer service and no response at all. Eventually I thought to write to the app developer and they got me. I may have just been unlucky, but please be aware there's a risk in dealing with a customer service that doesn't service customers.
App doesn't work. I am subscribed to Shop Notes but my library is empty even after performing a sync. I can access my issues via the web site but not through the app. There is no customer service available and the Contract Us in the app just allows you to copy some info about the app but no way to contact anyone
My library is empty even though I'm subscribed. Syncing the library doesn't help. Contact Us in the app doesn't work and neither is the Contact Us on their web site, it always fails the reCAPTCHA.
Doesn't log into my account correctly. I've had a subscription since the relaunch. The app claims that I have nothing available and it won't let me view without a purchase.
Needs work. Logged in but can't access magazines. The only option is to subscribe or buy. Download and read is not provided as an option. Useless until this is fixed.
