Taiwan natural disaster work & class suspension alerts.
🌟「This app only provides school and work closure notifications due to natural disasters in Taiwan.」 Disaster Day-Off" is your premier tool for checking typhoon days and work/class suspensions due to natural disasters in Taiwan. We automatically monitor the official real-time announcements from the "Directorate-General of Personnel Administration (DGPA)" so you never miss any disaster off-day updates. Key Features & Highlights: 【Real-Time Alerts】Auto-checks every 3 minutes to 1 hour. Active tracking on typhoon days with instant push notifications of official announcements. 【Customized Regions】Subscribe only to the cities/counties you care about (such as Taipei, Kaohsiung) to filter out irrelevant information. 【Satellite Images】Built-in real-time satellite imagery from the Central Weather Administration (CWA) to monitor typhoon movements and rainfall trends. 【Smart Power Saving】The background service can be completely turned off during non-typhoon seasons, consuming zero extra battery. 【Authoritative Source】Synced directly with the official DGPA database to ensure the most accurate information and prevent rumors. Why Choose Disaster Day-Off? When typhoons strike, official government websites often crash due to massive traffic overload. This app relieves the information bottleneck through automated background monitoring, allowing you to see the official suspension results directly in your notification tray without manually refreshing webpages. *** Disclaimer *** This application is a personal project. It is NOT an official government application and does not represent any government entity. All information must be based on official government (Directorate-General of Personnel Administration) announcements as the final authority. Data Source: https://www.dgpa.gov.tw/typh/daily/nds.html
