Time contractions, track intervals and keep a private record for your care team.
One moment at a time. Baby: Contraction Timer helps you keep a clear, manually timed record of your contractions. Tap the start button when a contraction begins, then stop it when it ends. Follow your records on the timeline. • Record contraction duration and start-to-start intervals. • Add an optional intensity rating and delete individual records. • View your session history and share it with your maternity team. • Read general guidance about when to seek care. • Choose your current country to see an emergency dialing option where supported. • Use the timer offline, without an account or ads. • Choose your language in Settings or follow device language preferences. YOUR RECORDS, YOUR DEVICE Contraction records are stored locally on your Android device in protected, encrypted storage. They are not uploaded to our servers. You choose whether to share a record and can delete your records in the app. IMPORTANT This app is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition. It does not determine whether labour has started, predict when your baby will be born, or tell you it is safe to stay home. Consult your healthcare professional and follow your maternity team's instructions. In an emergency, contact local emergency services without waiting for a timer result. Timing is entered manually. Guidance is only evaluated while the app is open; there is no background monitoring or alert service. Emergency numbers are not verified for every country. The dialing option opens your phone app; it does not automatically call or send your location.
