1Scanner is a document scanner and QR code scanner in one app. Scan paperwork to PDF, sign and stamp it, watermark the copy of your ID before you send it, and read or create QR codes. No ads, no tracking, no account. 20 scanned pages a day are free. SCAN DOCUMENTS TO PDF • Google's document scanner finds the edges, captures the page automatically and lets you crop, rotate and apply filters. Pages are saved right away as a PDF. • Turn photos into a PDF, import PDFs and images, or share files into 1Scanner from other apps. • New scans name themselves from their text, like "Invoice 4711 · Pineapple Ltd". • Reorder, rotate, delete, add or retake pages. ID CARD AND PASSPORT • ID card: both sides of your ID card, or a card of the same size such as a driver's license, on one Letter or A4 page at standard ID card size, ready to print. • Passport: the photo page on one Letter or A4 page at standard passport size. WATERMARK FOR SHARED COPIES Add recipient, purpose and date across each page of the ID or passport copy you share, save or print. The watermark is burned into the pages, making reuse harder. Your original stays unchanged. Free. SIGN AND STAMP PDFS • Add your signature or company stamp: scan it, pick a photo or file, or draw it. The paper is removed automatically. • Ready stamps: APPROVED, PAID, COPY, CONFIDENTIAL, DRAFT, RECEIVED or your own word, with today's date if you like, in red, blue or black. • Type a name, a date or any text. Move, resize and rotate each item, or add it to all pages. SHARE THE RIGHT SIZE JPEG and scanned or watermarked PDFs: Original, Medium or Small; other imported PDFs and text: Original only. Password, folder save and print. Set a PDF limit of 0.2–20 MB in Compress, or in Share for scans. See the actual file size; searchable text stays. TEXT RECOGNITION (OCR) ON YOUR PHONE Search documents by title or by any word in the text, copy text and make searchable PDFs. 1Scanner reads Latin-alphabet languages (English, Spanish, German, French, Portuguese and more), Chinese, Japanese, Korean and Devanagari (Hindi, Marathi, Nepali); choose the script in Settings. Cyrillic, Greek, Arabic, Hebrew and Thai text is not recognized. PDF TOOLS AND ORGANIZATION • Compress, merge and split PDFs, add a password, copy text. • Folders, sort, list or grid view, search, and a date filter: last 7 or 30 days, this year or any range. • Recently Deleted keeps documents for 30 days. • App Lock with fingerprint, face or screen lock. • Save PDF copies to a folder automatically, or export all documents at once. • Long-press the app icon for Scan Document or Scan QR Code. QR CODE AND BARCODE SCANNER • Scan QR codes and barcodes with Google's code scanner or from a photo. • Links never open by themselves: 1Scanner shows the real site and warns about lookalike, hidden or shortened addresses. • Actions for Wi-Fi, contacts, events, phone numbers, email, places and products. Scan history you can turn off. • QR code generator: create QR codes for links, text, Wi-Fi, contacts, email and phone numbers, and Code 128 barcodes. PRIVATE BY DESIGN No ads, no tracking, no account and no 1Scanner server: your documents and text recognition stay on your phone. Scanning uses Google Play services; the scanner may download once before first use. FREE AND PREMIUM Scan 20 pages a day for free. The limit is checked when a scan starts, so a scan you started always finishes. Sharing, exporting, reading text and scanning QR codes are never limited.
