BidBud drafts the scope for you: materials, labor and equipment as separate line items with quantities, so there is no takeoff to type up, and every assumption it made is spelled out. Where the photos leave doubt, it asks a few quick questions. Answer them and the scope updates. Add, edit or remove any line, and put fees and discounts in as fixed amounts or percentages. REAL PRICES, NOT GUESSES Every material is priced from current retail listings near the job: three to five comparable quotes per item, in your currency, with pack sizes read correctly so a box of tile is never priced as a single piece and a 5-gallon pail never as a quart. Compare the quotes, pick one and lock it in, or type your own price. Labor uses the hourly rates you saved, by the hour or as a flat amount. Markup and tax go on top, the way you set them.
