It won't let me log in
Longtime user of collx i will be canceling my subscription at the end of its duration. the support team. Is a joke they've made mistakes on their end. Charging me double and now are unable to fix their mistake and requiring me to cancel my subscription and renew my subscription at no fault to my own. They are unwilling to fix their mistake.
Great way to collect and know the value of your cards.

if this app worked more than 50% of the time it would be real good. scan a card front & back and it doesn't recognize the card. but take a pic of just the front and it recognizes it. makes zero sense.

Bill, sorry about the inconsistent scans—that’s frustrating. If front+back isn’t recognizing but front-only does, please try Scan+ (our best scanner; ~95% detection rate) and scan on a plain background with good light. If it still fails, tell us your phone model + card set/year.

Braden, sorry about that—going Pro shouldn’t break scanning. Please update to the latest version and try Scan+ (our best scanner, ~95% detection rate). If it’s still acting up, tell us your device model + app version and we’ll dig in.
This app is SO swift, and clean, and easy to use. The options and amount of detail you can enter is never-ending. the camera feature for capturing the front and back of cards is so clear and sharp, and there is absolutely no lag. I have been avoiding scanning in my huge comic book card collection but it's been barely fifteen minutes and I already have 100+ cards not only listed in my collection, but with photos, their conditions listed, an asking price, and a sales page up for each one. 10/10

shipping setup is terrible, they say they cover shipping but dont cover or charge packaging so you pay out of pocket to ship in the end, they charge a fee to sell a card(okay) but then an additional fee to withdraw your money. customer support from Brad was a joke. dont bother wasting your time on this app they are crooks.
