Really easy app to use.
Really easy app to use.
Changed the app entirely from when I started using it and destroyed its original purpose.

In two months it's found three price adjustments for me and I've saved almost twenty dollars. No glitches, hang-ups or freezes. I use the credits option instead of the subscription so don't feel like I'm wasting money if it doesn't find me money back. Don't know why so many others have had technical issues but it's working seamlessly for me on my android phone.

It doesn't track everything. I coincidentally went to Costco and found an item I bought 3 weeks ago was $7 cheaper, and the app didn't even mention it.

Hi there and thanks for the feedback. We're sorry about your recent experience, while we do not guarantee 100% coverage of all the items at the current time, we estimate that we cover an approximate 95% of all users' price adjustments. Even with some of these gaps, our users still save considerably more by using CostPal than without.
nop after one bill asking to pay removing it now

Hello, we're sorry to hear that the app did not meet your expectations. CostPal has a free trial worth $5 in price adjustment credits that allows you to easily try the app and all of its features without any commitments. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions.
Subscribe? Really? Not enough making money off people's data and they have to pay?

We hear your frustration and appreciate the feedback! To clarify, we do not sell user data. We chose a subscription model specifically to keep your info private and secure without relying on data monetization. This fee covers the costs of real-time price tracking and keeps the app ad-free. We hope this helps explain our approach!
Creative idea. You pay Costpal to monitor your Costco purchases for any price difference in the past 30 days but you still need to wait in line at the warehouse to get your price adjustment. is it worth it? I guess if you purchase a lot of stuff and don't mind others looking at your receipts or standing in line to get refunds. you could also use visualping website if you want to set your own alerts.

Thanks for the feedback! You’re right that the trip to the warehouse is a factor, but once you upload your receipt, we track every item automatically so you don’t have to set individual alerts. We find one big adjustment often covers the sub for the year! Plus, we never sell your data. We appreciate you giving us a try!
bad business model and uninspiring

We’re sorry to hear we didn't hit the mark for you. We chose a subscription model specifically so we can stay ad-free and never sell your data, ensuring your privacy remains a priority. We’re constantly working to make the savings more seamless and "inspiring." We appreciate the honest feedback as we continue to grow!
