Moshi is an essential to have on your phone if you need to work with LLMs. It’s a comprehensive tool; I haven't encountered many bugs, and it’s packed with rich features. I didn't hesitate long to get a lifetime license. The one future improvement I’d like to see, and I hope one of the developers comes across this message is a smoother, more fluid scrolling experience in the terminal / cli history. I really feel like it stutters or lags, even with s25 ultra phone.
When I tried to purchase I couldn't switch between monthley, pro and life-time access because the taps were being consumed by the header. Such an obvious bug is unacceptable for an app that costs that much.
Finally I can check my Claude Code agents from my phone! I run Herdr on my Windows laptop and connect through Tailscale + SSH — setup took a few minutes and it just works, even on mobile data. Clean interface, works great on the free tier, and it's clearly built for coding agents, not just generic SSH. Highly recommended for anyone running AI agents on their laptop.
There are some cool ideas here and I gave it a few hours of my time to try getting things working and I can connect remotely to a shell which is cool, but that's about the only thing that worked. I kept getting notifications from Claude sessions even after I disconnected from the VPN that gives access to that machine on which Claude is running, which was concerning. At no point did approving notifications work. The "free tier" limits quickly get used up just trying to debug things.
Developer reply
Thanks for giving it a few hours, and sorry it was rough. Notifications come from moshi-hook on your machine through our push service, not over your VPN, so they keep arriving after you disconnect. Approvals failing isn't expected, so please email support@getmoshi.app and we'll help sort it out.
where's this been all my life
Developer reply
Thank you, Fermin! Glad Moshi found you. Enjoy!
If you need any basic terminal functionality avoid this app. I tried this for about an hour and figured out it isn't even a good terminal. Request a refund and was denied, I feel I got ripped off, avoid this app if you can. Poor refund policy for nonfunctioning app.

Sorry it did not work out. Moshi is free to try, so nothing has to be paid to test the terminal. If you bought Pro and want that reversed, email support@getmoshi.app with your Play order number (GPA-...) and I will look into it directly.
This is the best app, the best terminal experience on ANY PLATFORM. Throw away your MacBook, Moshi is all you need. Moshi is the future of agentic development!
Developer reply
Thank you, Tim! Keep the MacBook for now, but we love that Moshi has earned that spot. Enjoy the agentic work.
follow system theme should not be a pro feature...
Developer reply
Thanks for the feedback, and fair point. Following the system theme being behind Pro is noted; we will look at where that line sits.
downside: pricey

Thanks for the five stars! Fair point on price: there is a free tier, and Pro comes monthly, yearly or as a one-time lifetime purchase, so you can pick what fits.
Trying to see Claude sessions on herdr for 1 hr and it just doesn't work. Too complicated even with AI to make this work!
Developer reply
Sorry about the hour lost — that should be far easier. Chat View needs the agent running inside herdr and the hook connected; getmoshi.app/docs/chat-view covers it. If it still won't show, mail support@getmoshi.app and I'll get you sorted.
