for some reason their AI is sending me messages about the tracking app in response to questions I never had. very invasive! asking me to send information about my phone and screenshots from my app when I never even reached out to support. I'm deleting this app and strongly suggesting nobody else download it if they're going to harass their customers with AI!
Auto mileage tracking is pretty spotty, as it's mostly guess work. It won't track for days at a time, then I have to manually input the one thing that I'm paying it to do. Yes, I do have full phone service during these drives.
The app to track ride share taxes, expenses, and deductions. Dont leave money on the table and use this app to manage your sole proprietorship, even the cost of the features is a deduction so get to it!

this app us a scam. they'll charge your credit card to start the trial and if you cancel within the trial period they won't return your money saying that they don't have a way to do the refund from their end which is just such a BS.... also I tried to get a refund through google play store and they declined and told me to contact the app developers instead for the refund. I sent them an email again and got a reply from them again saying the same thing they told me before. what a scam!

Hi Jason, sorry for the frustration here. Hurdlr subscriptions, like all subscriptions, renew automatically. You were not charged in advance, but rather your subscription renewed for the next year. As we shared, you would need to request a refund through the Google Play Store by following the steps in the article we shared. Best, the Hurdlr team
this program is a really good program for small businesses and individuals who want to Monitor and control their finances. I say this because when the software works it is really good. however, when it works. the app continuously loses integration with bank accounts and therefore stops updating your expenses and your deposits. this happens numerous times throughout the year and when technical support figures out why it's happened you now have to go back and redo. I will not be renewing my sub.

Hi Troy! Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee seamless linking to all banks, because many of these problems are caused by connectivity issues that are out of our hands. Largely fantastic. It's helped a lot in managing income/expenses for the farm. The only change I'd love to see is formatting for Schedule F. We'd pay premium for that.

I am currently using the free app. I started a hobby business a few months ago and I really appreciate this app as it helps me keep track of my mileage and gives me the amount that will be tax deductible. you can also track your payments here which is amazing. Thank You Matthew

This would have been a five-star product if it didn't drain your battery like crazy. The power usage is completely unacceptable. They make excuses instead of fixing their products. QuickBooks self-employed or solarrepreneur doesn't use any GPS or wake your phone up like this app does. therefore doesn't drain your battery. They obviously don't have the right team developing this app. It's unfortunate because it would be superior. Wrong people wrong mentality apparently.

Hi Richard, as we clarified over chat, the development team has worked hard to increase the app’s energy efficiency, but auto-mileage tracking is resource-intensive by nature. Additionally, the method Android’s OS uses to attribute battery consumption to specific apps doesn’t necessarily reflect the true battery usage. Best, the Hurdlr team.

you make it way to hard to cancel. why don't have to watch a video????????? such a scam. i still can not cancel anywhere in the app or play store or anywhere. i should just be a button on the home screen you make it so hard in hopes that people will never be able to cancel!!!! like mist apps more information than you need and it does everything it can to hide the way you can cancel

Hi Patrick, you don't need to watch a video to cancel your Hurdlr subscription. If you're subscribed through us, you can easily unsubscribe via our web app. If your subscription is billed through Google, you should reach out to them to cancel.
