MoodCast turns your mood into a weather pattern you can recognize, so you finally understand the climate of your mind. WHY MOODCAST Most mood trackers feel like work. MoodCast feels like watching the sky. Each check-in takes under a minute: pick a mood (it shows as a weather icon, from thunderstorm to clear skies), slide four well-being meters, tag what you were doing, optionally add a note. Over time, the patterns appear: - Which days are your sunniest? - Does poor sleep predict cloudy moods? - Which activities lift you up — and which weigh you down? - When does the weather usually break?
