Papra Mobile is the mobile companion for Papra, an open-source, self-hosted document archiving platform. Connect to your own Papra instance with its web address and an API key, then browse and manage your documents from your phone. Features • Browse your documents with a paginated list. • Search by name or content, then sort and filter by tags. • View PDFs and images directly in the app. • Open other file formats with a compatible app on your device. • Import new documents from your phone. • Organize documents with tags and custom properties. • Automate filing with categorization rules. • Create and manage share links when your API key allows it. • Review documents in the trash. • Access selected metadata through the local cache when the connection is temporarily unavailable. Good to know Papra Mobile requires an accessible Papra instance and a valid API key. The app does not provide a Papra server: your documents remain managed by the instance you configure. A visual demo mode is available from the login screen. It uses fictional data only, and its actions are disabled. Your API key is stored in the device’s secure storage. Requests containing your data are sent to the Papra instance URL you enter. Papra Mobile is a mobile client for Papra, not a document hosting service.
