Recording not working giving api error I am a paid member

I have already subscribed for one month and paid Rs. 200 on 25th June. But when I am trying to add an audio to a photo, the app is asking me to subscribe again, and I am unable to proceed if I don't subscribe. Kindly look into the issue promptly.
