I bought an esim online while on a family trip, and we needed internet quick. I searched on Google and pocket esim came up. Payed with card, but had a problem with it not working. Contacted support and it was my mistake, fixed in a minute. Great price, fast, and works.

After installing the app, I purchased a package but had some issues with my eSIM. I reached out to customer support and was helped quickly, and patiently. Very good service and great customer support. Highly recommended!
Bought a top up, never received the data. Contacted support, told me it was used. Asked for a report, didn't show anything more than what I could already see - Data used, no records of what the data was used on. All the data was used in 1h according to their SMS. I checked my usage, nothing. Difficult to install, white screens of nothing. No feedback from the app. Buttons not working. In its current state, I wouldn't recommend it.
