Since downloading the app Keo has been helping me non stop figuring out glitches and she always has a minute to spare to help me out when I am struggling to do something. it was going to be an excellent app at the start, but now it keeps on error 500 or 400 it is not usable. I tried to write to the founder, and he replied, but the problem persists. absolutely discouraging.
