I'm not happy with your billing. I made an airtime top up of $5.00 and it went to $5.25 . It's my first time using it and I only made 1 call for something not more than 3min and it chewed all my airtime yet on that call it was reflecting $0.09/min. I'm very disappointed, i subscribed to this app on 18 October 2026 and jus today on 31 October thought of giving it a try and hoping for the airtime to last for about an hour or so, now this jus between 3 to 4 minutes only!!!!!

There is a shortcoming in your app. I would like to request that you add a 'balance transfer' option so that the $0.25 welcome bonus can be transferred to another account. Please provide this feature through a small app update. Please accept my request

Country coverage is too low. Second number available only for UK and call plans to UK, Germany, Italy and Australia.
